Excellent news for DCAU fans after the shambolic Brainiac Attacks (I don't know where to start), It has been reported that Bruce Timm is currently producing a Direct to DVD version of DC's 'The New Frontier'.

The art of this very impressive mini series was inspired by Bruce Timm's designs so it only seems fitting he'd return the favour and take the reins for the animated version.
