Is the Series 5 Boxset formatted for Widescreen? All the rest were 4:3.

Yes,

S5 onwards were made in W/S - and S5 is presented that way.

1 - 4 were in 4:3

I'm trying to finish Star Trek Next Gen S2 before X-Files S5 arrives.

Busy month!
