Changing My package

hi, had my tv drive installed earlier this week, with the supreme package, however after having it for nearly a full week i noticed i use most teres channels, some sky one, e4, dont think i really watch anything else so really am considering downgrading and reducing my costs, is this possible considering i havent been with them 1 month let alone 12, or do i now ihave to keep this package for the full 12 months before i can do anything?

any help apreciated

I assume you're on the 3 month half price offer.

If so, the standard package is £6 cheaper than the supreme but, TVDrive rental is £5 more so you'd only save £1.

The Telewest Terms and Conditions state
Quote:
If a customer wishes to change any part of this package, Telewest's standard rates will apply.
so potentially you could end up paying £5.50 for the standard package plus £5 extra for TVDrive, ending up paying £1.75 more for a lower service.
It might be worthwhile seeing out the 3 month half price offer before changing your contract.
