Anyone who loves film noir must see Kiss Me Deadly (if they haven't already)
It's been on Cinema 1/2 lately and is on again this coming week on both channels.
The synopsis claims that film noir was never blacker than this.
They're right.
This is where I first heard someone actually say "Va Va Voom" (pre Henry)
This is also the movie from which Pulp Fiction nicked the case with the mysterious glow inside.
Not to be missed.

Yes it’s the best ever adaptation of a Mickey Spilane book, Ralph Meeker if I remember rightly is in the title role as Mike Hammer, he usually plays heavies.
