Deal or No Deal - Noel Edmonds

Anyone know why he sometimes has a little tattoo type symbol on the side of his hand? One day it was a star, the next it was a heart??

Anyone else even noticed it?

I think it's a joke, Noel presenting I mean, should of used Chris Tarrant, at least he knows how to make a situation intense, Noel just comes out with any old line....

Great show & I like Noel on it, Tarrant get's on my nerves.....

Can't see how anyone will ever win £250,000 though....

- the only possibility is if you're left with £100,000 & £ 250,000, the banker will offer you £175,000 & you're gonna take it aren't ya....Even if it was 1p & £250,000, he'll offer you £125,000 & you're gonna take that too....

Some days there's nothing there, it's normally on his right hand, on the side under his little finger....

I don't mind Noel Edmonds at all...sure he flogged his crinkly bottom to death long after it turned into a stinker but we can forgive him that...he's done a lot of good TV work...

...and bring back Jeremy Beadle too!

No way would i take the 125k if i had 1p & 250k left - totally go for it. When else in my lifetime would i get the 50/50 chance of winning £250k? or winning 1p???

He's been cloned and the star/heart are how you tell them apart.

& you'd be prepared to let £124,999.99 go?

Nice idea to take that chance but surely no-one would when it comes down to it - unless £125K means nothing to them......

22 boxes, 22 players. Boxes containing amounts from 1p to £250,000 distributed at random. One player selected at random. Player chooses five boxes, and at the end of the selection, is made an offer to sell his/her box to the banker. If player doesn't accept deal, he/she selects 3 more boxes, and it continues like that until there are only 2 boxes left. The skill/luck of the game is to make the right deal at the right time, because the player could have any amount in their box, from 1p to £250,000.

Tarrant!!

He's worse than Noel. Made of a prat of himself threatening to walk out of presenting the BAFTAs a few years ago if Chris Morris won an award for his Brass Eye Special.

all down to taste really I guess, I enjoy the show but think that Noel is a nob, his only idea of adding tension is to...take a break.....hmmm sounds familiar!
What really amazes me, I was watching a few nights ago, and there is a woman who had been on 48 times and not been selected.......don'tthese contestants have lives or at least jobs?

Well, how do you add tension to a game of chance ? The music adds some.

The shows are recorded three a day, so people do get some time off.

Two guesses:

1. Some sort of security thing ?

2. To remind Noel Edmonds what day it is (they make 3 shows at a time) ?

I've seen it a couple of times; it's interesting to see what the person ends up with.

I'm not sure it is worth a BAFTA, I saw the exact same show abroad years ago, so this is just the UK rehash of the same idea.

Yes - sad for Lucy - but when Noel said 'I think good things will come for her from this' I had visions of her being offered a place in the next Big Brother whenever that is.

Cheers, Dave C.
