I might even have to break the habit of a lifetime, and actually go to a "Cin-e-ma" to see this.

The pre-release reviews have all been superb..but if it's even half as good as the first one, it'll be a corker!

According to Dark Horizons Blade 2 is not due for release in the UK until August!!!! and not March which is the US release. I looked on the Blade 2 official web site to see if they have got international release dates but they haven't.

So does anybody else know if the August release date is true, because I will probably be able to buy it on DVD from the states before then.

Also Kriss Kristofferson did die in the first Blade film but I think he comes back as a Vampire in the new film.

I think the vamps keep him alive to feed off. Blade gives him the antidote stuff from the first flick and hey presto...

You can find the trailer here,
http://www.apple.com/trailers/newline/blade_2-tlr2.html

Makes you laugh the way they find a way to bring a charractor back to life. Take FOTR's, Frodo should of been dead at least 12 times. Cant wait for that sequel. No replies necessary on that last coment. Any one else think of a charractor that cheated death?

The only good film Wesley Snipes was in is King of New York, cause Walken kicked his arse and Fishburne shot the mofo, a lot!
Blade is so over-rated with it's 'kewl' vampire and antidotes. I found the shark repelant spray in the original Batman film more convincing.

IMHO they should have left KK dead.

Any one else think of a charractor that cheated death?

The Terminator (2 times by now)
Highlander (in a way ... )
Neo (The Matrix)
Flatliners

Ok, I think you mean a character who returns in a sequel, so I better stop the list here ...

Han Solo - OK, so technically he was only frozen in carbonite, but it's close.
