Did you ever see the article in Creative Review about the Sony ad? According to the article it
was all done in one take. They had literally 1000's of rubber balls that were fired from air cannons and/or dropped from huge bins. They openly admit that there was a certain amount of post production involved. But basically it was done with rubber balls and not some CGi particle generator.
BTW this was the US production company that was involved in the article and not Sony themselves.
So unless they completely lied to the magazine...

I usually find Snopes pretty good on things like this. Perhaps not one take but no CGi in the mechanics of the advert. And pretty damned impressive all the same.
So why do you hate it so much when it's so obviously been superbly done.
