Recently purchased RD4, was brand new and sealed from www.dotcomdvd.com, and the booklet was missing (all the series DVDs to date have this nice "Collector's Booklet"), even though it is mentioned on the rear cover. Also found that a couple of sealed RD4s at my local HMV were the same.

Anyone know how to obtain this booklet?? Is there a BBC contact number/email for missing/faulty items? As I don't think going through the the whole return/replacement process with www.dotcomdvd.com will resolve the matter.

Luckily my copy from dotcomdvd had a booklet, BBC Worldwide produced the dvd there uk details are below :-
