Anyone see 'Root of all evil?'

How refreshing to see a documentary where a person of reason and authority criticising religion so... logically. I wonder how religious people will take this undeniable damning of religion.
A good program for us atheists.

Looking for a fat-wa!

I did see this program and found it pretty amusing imaging the amount of religious rants Channel 4 will get about this. I did think there was a certain element of courting controversy about the program.

Especially ending the program previewing the episode "we will be discussing how god is the most evil and vindictive character in all of fictional history"

I reckon the odds on that bloke getting murdered by a religious nut would be surprising low at a professional bookmakers ha ha!

Top stuff

Richard Dawkins is a top bloke, I have a couple of books by him.

Nice to see some truth being spoken on tv finally

Dawkins did sensationalise a lot of it though.

Also, the extremity to which he oversimplified the theory of evolution make it sound incorrect to this Ecologist's ears.

Mind you, the blatant ignorance of that American evangelical in saying, "how can an eye happen by accident" far exceeded that!
