music used in bbc2's three men and a boat
Just saw this on bbc 2, and there was recurring score music that they lifted from a film, but for the life of me I can't quite place it. Can anyone help me out?

got a snippet of the music from todays episode. For some reason the cider house rules comes to mind, but it doesn't seem to quite fit. Can anyone help me identify this music:
