Every year I like to watch the Royal Institution Christmas Lectures, but have not like them as much since they went on five but oh dear what happened to them this year on the first night? I missed the first 5 minutes so do not know where they came from, but the manners of the children was appalling rather than a show of hands to show the were willing to help with a demonstration, every one seemed to be shouting “me, me, me” then quite a few times there were using the egging on monkey chants, that seem to originate from the states.

Thankfully the rest of the programs were more calm but was ruined some what with the constant breaks for adverts and request for phone in answers before each one.

Did not know if I was just getting old but KIDS screaming "OH OH OH OH" during a xmas lecture, what is the world coming to! Glad I'm not the only one out there .
