Encoding individual episodes from a DVD

What program can I use to encode DVD to my hard drive ( the problem is I have many DVDs like Family Guy and Futurama that have 6 episodes per DVD, is there anyway I can get each episode as it's own mpg or avi file?

Rip the individual eps with DVD decrypter then just recode with Dr.Divx or something similar

I personally use DVD Decrypter to get the .vob files on the hard drive then I use AutoGK to encode, takes nearly 2 hours for a 45m episode but the quality is excellent
