Wonderfalls

Hi all, I know that this starts Tuesday 05/07/05 on Sky One at 9pm but when is it repeated?

I tried looking on the Sky.com site, but when you put this in search box then it doesn't actually come up with anything. I also tried googling it to see if any listings guides came up but nada.

According to Digiguide there is only a single repeat and that's on SKY MIX at 9pm on the following Monday.

If you like the show I highly recommend the R1 DVD, only £17.99 from Play USA and I suspect other online retailers.

Cheers for that Starburst.

TBH I don't actually know anymore about it than what I saw on the advert the other day.

Is it worth forking out for?

Yes it was cancelled (it was on Fox) but they did complete a full season although I don't think all the episodes were shown until the DVD came out. Good news is the story does end in a satisfying way and you aren't left hanging around wondering what was going to happen.

I got it on DVD after being recommended to buy it and really enjoyed the show.

I think it's a great quirky comedy drama but like most shows that are not totally mainstream it can score bigtime or bomb totally.
FOX who know bugger all at times cancelled it after 4 episodes then made a ton of cash on the DVD release.

You'll either be hooked from the season opener or never watch another episode again

Just watched the first episode and I thought it was very good- had the same strange humour as the early Buffy shows.

Very promising - pity theres only 13 episodes

At least they writers had notice and were able to wrap up the main arcs and not leave us in limbo like many shows do when cancelled.
It's best to judge the show as a long mini-series

I have a very strong feeling that Digiguide has some out of date listings, the SKY EPG lists the repeat of Wonderfalls at 8pm on MIX tonight and nothing on Monday.

Well fancy that, SKY1 have in their infinite wisdom moved the show, nice to see such bizarre behaviour is not confined to the likes of CH4 and Five.

According to digiguide the next new epsiode is on Wednesday 3rd August at MIDNIGHT with the repeat on MIX the next day at 8pm.

And what wonderful program do we get in its place, 2 hours of "Top 50 Greatest Celebrity Animals" for sake Edit: Just realised it was originally on on Tuesdays, so what we actually get is an hour of some rubbish
called ghost hunters just as as celebrity animals.

How dumb do sky think people are showing this sort of dross on prime time tv
and relegating class shows to the middle of the night. Its like Alias all over again (just on a different channel)
