Season 4- The Shield

Must admit Im a big fan of this. Just seen in one of the TV Mags today (can't remember which one) that Glen Close is in the new series as a regular character. I wont say in what way as its a little bit of a spoiler. Anyone got any idea when the new series will be on over her or when series 3 is on DVD here?

I think at the end of this month, maybe to time with the release of Fantastic 4. Michael Chiklis(vic) is in this and maybe in the uk to do interviews etc.

Hi,

"The Shield" Season 3 DVD is out in the UK on at the very end of June, or end of July 2005, as far as I know. For some reason, this item has been delayed, but I can't find out what the reasons are. I know that the Region 1 edition of Season 3 has been out since February 2005, though.

As for Season 4, this should start to air on Five in July 2005. As always, I will keep people up-to-date in my usual "Coming Soon On TV" threads, in the "TV Programmes And DVDs" thread!

Downloaded and watched the entire series week by week from bittorrent. Just couldn't wait for it here and no ad breaks. It's not as good as series 2 and 3 but it is still head and shoulders better than anything else on tv, anywhere in the world.
