War at the door

This is driving me bonkers, and as usual the BBC have made it almost impossible to contact the programme-makers.
Does anyone know what the theme is to BBC1's 'War at the Door' (Thursdays 8:30pm)?
I'm sure it's the same dramatic tune that ITV used on a current affairs programme back in the 60's, but I can't quite get it.
Please will some over-50's take a listen to this and see if it rings a bell?
