According to DVDPacific it was released over 18 months ago, but when I've checked it's never come up with anything.

I got this awhile ago (www.playusa.com), R2 version has been deleted, so you have to go R1. It's a 2 disc box set (cardboard sleave with 2 normal cases in style).
