Thumbs down Red Dwarf - Series 3 - possible disc rot?

Just been watching it - took the disc out to put it away..looked at the underside - it's started to go cloudy, just like my T2 disks and Silence of the Lambs did.

Not sticky yet though. It's doing it on both disks as well.

Was bought on the day of release.

Picture of disc 1.

*have checked the other series as well - this is the only one doing it.*

It's much worse than it shows up though - it's all around the edge of the disc.

Looks like it could be to me..anyone else getting it?
