Great start, the heated hands on the glass was good.

But sometimes the camera is not always on the trick, when he did the amazing HMV trick, the camera went behind two heads just before the reveal, allows for cutting scenes together.

but how did he get the phone into the bottle? lol

how much of this is staged/edited etc with the use of fake actors?

the bit in hmv, i agree, the camera was acting funny, and went behind people etc, so it was obvious they could have used a load of fake members of the public and then edited two bits together.

I don't know why, but I feel strangely inclined to purchase an iphone or pair of Sennheiser headphones after watching this...

Holy product placement Batman.

The whole thing is staged and fake. Everyone is in on it.

I watched some of the first series and was stunned by what I was seeing until I googled it and search for it on YouTube.

sometimes he takes it to far which makes ppl question the stuff he does, he shud leave it at a certain level. Like tonight for instance, yea of course you can rise up high with christ the redeemer and stay there, another was at night just randomly leaning on a wall and rising up..... Its funny how it shows it all in slow motion? possible editing etc maybe?

Im not drawn in by it all, whilst its good how he does it, youtube clips reveal somethings he does and ive always said unless he rises high and does all these things in front of me personally, ill never believe it

His fame has ruined this show, S1 had some good stuff in it, i could watch him do street magic/ card tricks all day some of the ones he does are awesome and they are usually one shot and in front of real people, so far this series is a bit more fantastical with him disappearing/ levitating etc, the camera is all over the shop and the participants are questionable.

There was no need to "hollywood" it up for S2 and IMO its ruined it.

Completely agree, as soon as the only way the trick could be done is with stooges or camera trickery/edits I lose interest & just can't buy into it.

Give me misdirection & slight of hand any day over this fantastical nonsense.

Yeah agreed, its just a bit silly now, i dont for a second think its real but it makes good tv and now theyve jazzed it up and put in these back stories that frankly noone cares about, shouldve just kept it simple.

his slight of hand stuff and card tricks and the like are amazing, but as said the dissapearing acts and the levitating and lifting himself up on a wall are all rubbish, as they are obviously fake with actors instead of real people and camera tricks etc.

did anyone see the really over excited guy during the levitating part? (think he was baldish and big build) kept shouting and pointing - he was clearly an actor.

the part where he took the coin the lady signed and it ended up inside the rattle was good - however i could see him palm the coin from one hand to another and he gave it to someone else behind the camera just as the woman was gripping around his wrist with her hand.

how it got into the rattle though (the one she picked as well) i don't know.

I agree with many of the above posts, it is a turn off this series now for me. I'm not gonna bother with the rest. He does some good stuff, but it's all the same really, and there quite blatantly actors all over the place.
