Exclamation 'American Chopper'

if like me you have an interest in engineering watch American Chopper now on Discovery +1, they are building a chopper using Snap on tools as bits of the assembly

The fire bike is one of my favourites and the jetbike is stunning.
Great program, I love the family atmosphere they have in the workshop

Been watching this for the past few months (my mates wife got me into it) the commanche bike has to be my favorite, although the POW/MIA one and Fire bike come close.

Maybe I should go for the Snap On theme with the mini, might come in handy next time the thing breaks down.

I have no interest in motorbikes, but this programme has got me hooked. The bikes are really cool to look at but I just love the way the Teutul family interact.

Paulie has got to be my favourite. Not only is he sexy as hell, but how does he manage to stay so laid back when Senior is verbally laying into him?

Even when Vinnie had cocked up by using the wrong sized fitting when they were rebuilding the Jay Leno bike and it took them hours to sort out the problem, Paulie just said "Everyone makes mistakes".

Hello Caroline the family behaviour is very entertaining, I think Vinnie spends so much time cleaning up after Paulie that they are closer than brothers which is why he just laughed it off. I sometimes think he leaves a mess everywhere just to wind up Paul Senior and they love to fight each other, either that or maybe he's just an artist and thinks it's beneath him . I feel a bit sorry for Michael as he gets more abuse than anyone.

Hi Mylo, I think you could be right about Paulie, but Mikey getting all the abuse!!! I don't think so. Senior certainly has a soft spot for Mikey. Look at when Mikey was given the job of making sure a frame got sent out for spraying. We saw him walk past it several times as it sat in the middle of the shop, and then sit around popping bubble wrap.

But who got it in the neck when hours later Senior realised it was still sitting there...Paulie, of course.

Seriously though, it does make brilliant TV. I hate these so-called reality TV shows but this fly-on-the wall series is the greatest. I just love it when Paul Snr walks into the shop and has got that look on his face that says "I'm not sure what's going on here." But he soon finds something to gripe about.

Did you see the Liberty bike last night? Absolutely awesome one very mad looking chopper completely copper plated using metal from the statue of liberty renovation project. I think this is the biggest project they have ever done and it involved nearly the whole team.

if you thought the Liberty bike was good, wait till you see the "I Robot" bike

for those who are impatient, co to www.orangecountychoppers.com and look in the theme bikes section
