Reminds you of the Toy story 1 and 2 scenario. R1 boxset for £17.99 (play 247) R2 boxset including a disc of extras admittedly, £44.99. What would you buy

The answer to the price differential is obvious -
Play don't have any copies of the Region 1 disc. I ordered mine on 5 July and it's yet to arrive. What's even worse is that they won't respond to any email enquiry and the phone number just rings and eventually disconnects. They've gone way down in my estimation - obviously victims of their own success.
Add this to the cock-up they made with The Godfather R1 being advertised in Total DVD as £43.99 yet the web site states £47.99.

DOH! The Godfather price was for R2 (but they still cocked it up)

Mine turned up from Play on Monday....

On an interesting note, the last five times I've phoned them I've had to let it time out twice, then the third time I call I get answered! Odd.
