[Kazuya Mishima]

Okay, this one has flitted in and out of my mind for a few years now...

Watched this on BBC2 or C4 in about 1994/5. It seemed a bit like a Pedro Almodovar film. All I can remember is that it was quite funny, I seem to remember it was a Colombian film, the main image in my mind is of a small middle-aged man riding a yellow scooter looking cheesed off, he may have been hen-pecked, I may be confused here!

No real plot details to go on, just a memory of a weird little late-night film which me and my mate enjoyed immensely and thought no more of it at the time.
