Sorry to threadjack here but as you topgear watchers are about:

On the TopGear website they have the list of the fastest cars around their track. What I want to know is why is the Radical not on there (fastest ever lap of 1:19) and the Porsche Carrera GT is missing too.

Have I missed something?

the Carrera GT is 2nd on the list. Whoever put the list on the site must have forgotten about that one.

I seem to remember they disqualified the radical for some reason. That was quite a while ago.

The new GT40 was spectacular, the handling was scary but the power was incredible.

As much as I loved the Ford GT, what a massive trade off to think you only get 4 MPG..........

I'm just waiting until I see one in a car park so I can park next to it.
Beautiful car, but give me the original (or a GTD 40) anyday.

Thought the 747 bit was quite good, bye bye repmobile

Any car of that ilk driven at full chat would struggle to better that figure, it's no big deal. The comment was made for dramatic effect - it was a FIGURE OF SPEECH - real world consumption would be nearer 18 mpg.

Lets face it , if you need to worry about how much its going to cost to run , you can't afford it

With only 28 coming to the United Kingdon, cost is barely a factor either!
