Cool Return Of Some Goldie’s and !!!!!!!!!( Rumpole, Sharpe and Morse).

They are planning to revive 3 popular series which are:

Rumpole of the Old Bialy with Albert Finney in the role of Rumpole.
I do not know how this will work as the late Leo McKean made the role very much his own (who died in 2002 and for me will deeply be missed), and seemed one of those roles that some actors make as though the role was just wrote for them, and Leo fitted the role like a glove.

An other one they are hoping to revive is Sharpe and they are hoping to sign Sean Bean again for the role (I hope he has not become to interested in making films to take on the role).
This time they are planning his exploits in India.
How this will work I do not know as the stories in India were a prequel to his adventures in the Napoleonic wars. In India he was under Obediah Hakeswill, lets hope Pete Postlethwaite signs on. This is one series I’m hoping will come off.

Lastly of the newly planed revivals Inspector Morose sorry Morse. This will be continuing on without the named lead character Morse as Morse died in the last of the series shown and John Thaw who also sadly died in 2002. Kevin Whately will be the main character Lewis (will he have been promoted from Sergeant). This is an other one I’m not to sure about as for me John Thaw carried the series.
