Does look a bit bulky , but it could be his cape coming up across his shoulder . Don't look to bad tho.

lol. Guess he does look a bit 'butch'. It's only an early shot though so maybe they'll make some changes to the costume. Then again, with Batman being based on Frank Millar's version, maybe he's supposed to have some more muscle mass. We'll see, looks good in the meantime though.
