the rumor is that he has signed for 6 season but u have to remember he is a producer of the show. a contract man have been struck for 6 seasons maybe 2 or 3 off them are as producer so jack may not last ! in my eye he should there is no 24 with out jack like there is no simpsons without homer :D

I'm the only person left watching series 3 of 24, out of all my work colleagues. The weakest storyline yet, poorly thought out with major plot wholes and a reduction in violence. If it continues to decline, I'll bail out myself

It seems to have lost it's edge a little or are we just more tuned into the way it works?
Either way it's still a lot better than some of the other rubbish that's being broadcast.

Tarzan ***....... the trailer was enough to make me cringe

im what u call an avid fan of 24 and love all 3 seasons thus far! and i agree s3 isnt as strong as previous seasons but again the concept isnt new. as some one above stated we know the format and the way it works. me personally i love it and was over the moon to hear a S4 around the corner . ive seen 19 episodes of the 3rd season and it is very good and gets better in the 2nd halve

That is great news about S4, I have only just started getting into them. I watched all of season 1 in under a week. Immediately after that I ordered season 2 which I am now about half way through and I have rammed my Sky HD of season 3. Guess what I will be doing this bank holiday!!

I'm pleased. Season 3 started quite poorly but it ended really well. Hopefully season 4 can be as good as season 1, although I can't see how many more terrorist plots they can come up with without repeating themselves. I can't see 24 lasting for a 5th season to be honest.

Yeah, seen a sneak peak. Wouldn't waste your time. Looks like it'll just be a load of confusing ******** designed to **** off the viewer...

I bet nobody likes it and it's canned after 1 season.

This Firefly show looks pretty good though, I bet that'll run and run.
