Scooby Doo 2 - Hidden password help please!

I wonder if anyone can help.

A mate of mine is at his wits end. He bought his little lad the Scooby Doo 2 video game after they saw the movie, only to find there's a password needed to access parts of the game that is "hidden in plain sight" in the movie.

Doubly frustrating as they had seen the movie first and did not know about this. Little lad very unhappy. Can anyone tell me the password?

I think this is marketing at its most insidious as these products are aimed primarily at children.
