tell me about it, i still the full season of dr who to watch as well as ashes to ashes, sleaper cell season 2 and a load of films, my 1tb drive is 60% full at the moment.

They were both mid-season replacements or pickups so yeah not a huge gap between the season finale and the second season premieres.

A lot of other shows going HD from 6 October - CSI, Criminal Minds, Gray's Anatomy, Medium, Ghost Whisperer etc.

But not on Sky, sadly....only Virgin via Living HD.

Mine is a whopping 95% full

Around 40 HD films on it - I store loads up and then use it like a video library when we want a film evening.

And then there a lot of shows stacking up - I tend to wait until the entire series has recorded and then blitx through them. Currently have: Chuck; Warehouse 13; Ugly Betty; ReGenesis; True Blood; Merlin; Harpers Island; My Name is Earl; Dirty Sexy Money - either recording or completed.

Currently half-way through House (just started as I saw the new series coming up).

Am considering getting a Freesat / Blu Ray recorder and using that for the non subscription stuff.

My problem is I like a lot of TV shows, but never have the time to watch them.

Shouldn't Defying Gravity be on BBC HD in October (or something like that?)

Interesting. Presumably they beat off FX HD to first run rights. Are they going to try to nab NCIS as well? FX HD are promoting that as coming in 2010.

Slightly OT... but thought I would add it.

Sci Fi have nabbed the remake of 'V' and the new series 'Human Target' along with the comedy 'Eastwick'. So a very good chance all these will be in HD too but with no air date as of yet.

Its good the the delay from USA to UK is now a matter of weeks with most shows instead of months
