In Bruges

Watched this off the planner last night. Absolutely brilliant film and good to look at to. I went to Bruges last month and the film captured the city's beauty.

It's so sad that such an excellent film was a box office flop. It has however made #203 in IMDB's top 250 so it has been appreciated by many.

Re: In Bruges

Gotta say, I watched it under protest one night recently.. (I really didn't fancy it), and I was completely blown away... great movie, very darkly funny in many ways.. excellent script and superb acting, esp. Brendan Gleeson and Ralph Fiennes.

Having also been to Bruges a year or two previous we spent a lot of the movie spotting the restaurants where we ate and bar's where we drank... an added layer of fun to the movie..

loved it! 5 'Star' movie to be sure and excellent HD picture on Sky.

God mate you must have had that milling about for months, it was on ages ago.

However, I totally agree, the first time I seen it I was on a long haul overnight flight and had to stifle my laughter I was ending myself at some bits.

Watched again on SkyHD since

Re: In Bruges

One of the best movies I´ve ever seen. Absolutely loved it, esp the fat american man scenes , even tho i´m from the US

There´s alot of stairs up there...

Then he has a heart attack later in the film!
