Brass

Watching some of itvs programn about old comedies last night i found it amazing how bad the PQ exerts were of brass, i know watching on a large screen tv like i have now is different to the old days tv but my vhs recorder which i still have but rarely ever use[mostly humax now]gives a far better picture recording a programn from good quality picture content, so i am realy surprised this old programn had worse than vhs pq quality.

Sorry you seem to have missed my point it was about how bad ITV1s old 80s footage of brass was compared to modern footage, i said it was worse than vhs recording good footage today,my point was some of the old programns had very poor pq only the small sets of the time made them watchable.
