Kingpin

I've been quite enjoying this series on E4 on Tuesday nights. Its a bit slow but is quite enjoyable with what promises to be quite an interesting story as the different elements laid out so far start to move together.

Anyway, it suddenly seems to have dissappeared from the schedule... anyone got any ideas when its on next?

regards

There were only six episodes in this series.
It's now finished. Let's hope they make another series.

It was only ever a six part miniseries from 2003 which NBC stopped broadcasting mid-series and Bravo then picked up; so with this lack of faith and probably poor ratings its doubtful a full blown follow up season is on the cards.

Btw you can pick up the R1 3-disc DVD very cheaply (Kingpin - "The Producer's Cut") from Amazon.co.uk Marketplace seller caiman__usa for £6.63 (£5.39 + £1.24 P&P) or just under £8 ($13.95 incl P&P) at DVDPacific.com

Is this the same as the R2 3disc version?

I think so, as it is also referred to as "Producer's Cut" (more explicit than the broadcast cut) - but they've not been compared at www.dvdcompare.net

Found the R2 version to be at least £26 (or around £15 from Amazon Marketplace sellers I've never used) and usually out of stock
