I was getting worried there that no one had mentioned T4. Christian Bale is such a great actor, and the new direction of the Terminator films looks dark and gritty a la BSG re-imagining.

Watchmen I grew up with as a comic. Would have to be on the same quality level as LOTR for me to be impressed.

I was impressed with the new Trek movie ad. But I`m a big fan of the original series , and am just a bit confused why they couldnt put all the cash and effort into getting a new TV franchise off the ground.

Out of that list - none of them! I am a massive Star Trek fan but of the TNG/DS9 era - ergo the new movie will be unwatchable for me.

I'm thinking Transformers 2 and Star Trek,

Hopefully they might actually make the Halo movie

And I might be jumping the gun but can't wait to see the Bioshock movie!

Also Ghostbusters the game (i know it's not a film but it's gonna be close to one )

2009 will be a very interesting year for movies of which I am really looking forward to

James Camerons: AVATAR
J.J.Abrams: Star Trek
Not sure of the Director: Watchman
Not sure of the Director: Terminator 4
Michael Bay's: Transformers 2
Pixars new animation feature
Watchmen (looks very interesting)
A number of others that I have read about, but cannot remember the titles.
