Wonder how much the returns have cost? My xbox360 has been returned 4 times, say £20 courier each time + repair costs; not much profit there I would guess.

Mine has only gone back once and has been OK since. My mate had to send his back a second time and demanded they replace it with a new one, which they did. If yours needs to go back again just ask for a replacement.
