Toshiba sues German DVD maker

Toshiba has filed a lawsuit against a German DVD replicator EDD Bizz GmbH. The suit, brought to the DÃ¼sseldorf Regional Court, maintains EDD infringed Toshiba’s DVD patents because the company has not entered into any license agreements with Toshiba or the DVD6C Licensing Group2.
