Post Toshiba slashes price of HD DVD

Toshiba has slashed the cost of its Stateside HD DVD players, as competition from the PlayStation 3 hots up. Typical, more reductions in the US while were still waiting for at least an equal price line

There has to be some price drops over here soon surely, with the third player due for release at the current price of a shop bought HD-E1.
