It's a pretty worthless piece of research but if I had to choose between the two I'd tend to agree with the majority of those questioned. Whilst I think it's pretty much tantamount to theft I've never heard of anyone suffering actual bodily harm as a result of illegal downloading.

The headline in that piece is a bit of a joke really.....talk about someone putting their own spin on things.
