Lycos sues TiVo, Blockbuster and Netflix

Search engine Lycos has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against TiVo, Netflix and Blockbuster, claiming that the trio have infringed its filtering technology, used to give consumers online recommendations based upon their personal viewing preferences.
