Thumbs up Talk About Customer Service !!

Just thought I would post about some good service here. I looked at the post about the Neodigits player on Tuesday, though why not give it a go. I ordered Tuesday night at around 22:00 and got the player delivered this morning (Thursday) to Stirling in Scotland at 09:50.

I will now play with it but have to say that is exceptional service and well done to Neodigits and their partners.

Now is the player any good ?

Ordered from Neodigits.com

First impressions are that it does output in the formats it states but in all honesty (and I may be crucified here) it is hard to tell the difference with DVD output.

It may be that the player I have is a Denon 2800-MkII which gives and exceptional picture when it likes a disc.

I will keep trying to differentiate.

ok thanks, but are you watching it on a projector or on a small screen ? I watch my movies on a 8 foot screen, so it might be easier to see benifits at that size, i dunno....

Now have Sky HD in and able to compare a bit. My feeling is that the player does a good job of upscaling and genuinely does the conversion to whatever res. or frequency you want.

For this alone I think the player is a gem and well worth the money.
