Thanks for that. Bit late for me though as I've been trying to get on all morning, and after trying all sorts of unplugging and resets finally came on about 12.30pm. Thought it must have been my last effort of disabling my main phone line and then reconnecting it again, and then walking away for half an hour, as it came back on again.
Trouble is you can only find out this sort of news once you are back on the internet again!!
