I work for a company who developed large web based apps and have been working up to Minister level for 2 years regarding this. They do get it, and appreciate the value of web based technologies, as does David Cameron and most of the ministers in the next Government.

Likewise, we have been working with Cabinet Office rearding public feedback on use of information, in line with competitions such as Show Us a Better Way

However, I would say we are now on 2.5/3.0 solutions including the use of AI and Semantic search engines.
