Re: Mobile TV 'very slow' to take off

The problem isnt the handsets its the networks and the way its delivered.

On my Touch HD i have myPlayer which is great for BBC and ITV and the picture is really good.

On my Hero i have Beebplayer which is much lower quality, but ok.

Other devices ive had use the networks own services which are all expensive, slow and, well, just plain rubbish on every front. The other problem is speed. On most networks it just stutters and pauses. Even on my netbook, with a mobile broadband connection it keeps stopping, trying to watch the GP via iPlayer on Sunday was painful.
