AV32R and Sky+HD

Hi,

I have just hooked up a Sky+HD box to my AV32R via an optical input.

When I select BBC1 HD it detects a Dolby Digital signal and the display show a Stereo Signal. (This happens on some other channels as well).

Is there any way to override this so I can select a Surround mode?

I have a Rotel in another room which can do this.

Cheers

gwc

That is a DD 2.0 signal from BBC HD. You can go into the AV32R set-up and change the default to a surround format PLII Movie, for example.
