Problem with MA Radius R360 sub

Hi, my brother has a MA Radius 360 sub but it has stopped working. He has owned it for about 18 months and is therefore out of the 12 month warranty. It powers up (power light comes on) but no sound at all.

We've made sure it's not a problem with the amp because I've taken my sub round to his house and mine works fine. MA say they will look at it, for a charge - something he doesn't want to do at the moment in case there is a simple solution to the problem. His local dealer went out of business about 6m after he bought it so can't ask for assistance there.

Any ideas? We wondered if it might be a fuse or something and if so, are these replaceable? Any thoughts welcome
