BK subs
I think i've seen it posted on here somewhere but do BK do special finishes ? I would be looking at a Walnut finish to match my Monitor Audio RS6's, just wondered if anyone had seen such a finish ?

Exactly what I had done. I have the Rs6's in walnut so asked bk to do an xls 300 in same finish. Cost £30 extra I think. looks superb

This is a pic of my xls 200 at my old house. Had to send it back because of an amp module problem so I thought it as a good opportunity to upgrade

Thanks, that looks great, how good of a match is it for the MA speakers ? I don't expect it to be exact. Also how well does it integrate with them and is the 300 much better than the 200 ?

It matches them very well, Id say the xls's are slightly lighter but not much at all. Id guess as there custom they would all be different. As for the intergration part, any sub should intergrate with your speakers if set up correctly. I went from xls200 to xls300 due to the increase of room size from my old house to the new one. Both are excellent subs.

Thanks again, my room is 3m x 5m so think the 300 might be slightly better, but then I could use the monoloth as a lamp table

I was contemplating on which one to go for but went for the xls because of space really. Also you'll be paying more for the finish on a monolith. Decisions, decisions
