Subwoofer hum, probably ground loop problem, how to fix?

Hello,

I have a problem, my subwoofer makes a low hum. I have already tried to place a ground loop isolator between the receiver and subwoofer, it worked, but it also removed a large portion of my bass. So it's not a solution. Is there a other easy solution that works?

In my attachment you can see my situation.

Can you run an extension lead from the wall socket that you receiver and sub is plugged in to to your PC?

That is already the case, the extension lead(multi socket) for the pc are plugged in the same wall socket as the multi socket where the receiver and subwoofer (and tv) are plugged into.
