Ideal Setup - Does It Exist?

Hi all
Looking to purchase a new streamer setup for my lounge. I have a list of requirements but can't seem to find the system that has everything. Can anyone suggest a make/model which fits the bill:
CD player
Stereo speakers
Portable size
Stream music via wired ethernet from my NAS
Play WAV format
Display album art
DAB radio

Thanks!

Re: Ideal Setup - Does It Exist?

Other than the very expensive Naim Uniti, which might suit your needs, there is nothing really worth buying that tick all your boxes TBH.

There are couple of things from Sony and Philips that might be worth looking at. But the reality is that if you want a proper decent streaming solution, rather than a bit of basic MP3 over upnp playing ability tacked onto a cheap mini system (which the Sony's etc are IMO), there is nothing with Streaming. DAB and CD worth getting. The main reason is that people who are serious about streaming have little interest in CD's and DAB, as they are made largely redundant by streaming your ripped CD's and internet radio (which bar any ISP allowance issues, is much better than DAB).

My opinion is get a nice CD/DAB system, and maybe add a Squeezebox Classic. Go for a Squeezebox Boom or Sonos S5.

The closest was the Denon S52 which you may be able to pick up from an end-of-line retailer or now the AVANTI Flow, no CD though.

Some compromises may be required, are the feautures required in any sort of priority?
Also, is there a budget?

Thanks all for the helpful responses - I'll look into the suggested kit.

Re. priority, I could probably live without the album art and DAB, but I think the others are 'must have' features. Ideally just looking for a solution that can play ripped music, but doesn't rely on me having to rip the CD in the first place (if that makes sense ).

Budget wise was thinking about 2/300.

Cheers
