Help with simple wireless system for streaming audio from pc? Bose?

Right,

I'm looking to get a simple system set up to stream music wirelessly from my PC.

I'm not concerned about having something set up in every room as I only listen to music in the one room with the computer in it.

Is it worthwhile going for a Bose system such as this:

BOSE® - WAVE® music system - SoundLink™: Pricing

I know not everyone rates Bose, but it seems this will do the trick with minimal effort. It also has a CD player and Radio and seems a good 'all in one' product. Space is also an issue so i don't want separate wired speakers.

I have heard that this system can interfere with your wireless router however. Anyone know if this is the case?

And does anyone have any other alternatives that they think would sound better, or be better value for money?

I'm a total novice when it comes to speaker quality/brands etc.

Thanks in advance!
