Just a quick note to let you know that I have set up a buffalo linkstation live (500GB) through ethernet to my Denon 3808a amp and everthing was installed/connected and playing MP3's from the drive in ten minutes - I was mightily impressed. I was also impressed with the linkstation set up having battled with a WD Mybook in the past the Buffalo was a doodle.

So I now have a shared itunes library available on all PC's in the house, the itunes library MP3's (CD ripped + LPs digitised) available to my Denon and a general purpose file server for ducuments etc. to boot.

I can recommned this set up.
