Help - Sonos ZoneBridge is unresponsive

Have recently installed a basic 2 zone Sonos system as follows:

1 x ZoneBridge wired to Netgear router
2 x ZP120 zoneplayers (wireless)
1x CR200 controller
Music files streamed off a ReadyNAS (also wired to the Netgear router)

All was working fine with no problems. Got back from holiday to see an "Update Now" box on the controller, so I hit the button. The controller seemed to upgrade OK. It then went to the ZoneBridge to update and timed out on the upgrade. Never got to the 2 zoneplayers to update. Now the ZoneBridge seems unresponsive. Controller and Desktop Controller can't see the ZB and it has no power light. I've tried unplugging and powering back up and I get a white light briefly followed by 2 white flashes then nothing. Ethernet cable shows it is connected OK (green and amber lights visible at ZB end).

I'm pretty sure I have no router problem as it was working fine for weeks. Have tried several fixes including i) Factory reset of ZB (held connect button down while powering up); ii) powering everything down the back up in order of router/computer/ZoneBridge in case IP addresses were confused - still nothing. Get same reaction/light sequence from ZB each time I power up as mentioned above.

Will try Sonos support tomorrow but meantime does anyone have any other ideas?

quick thought but when you factory reset the ZB did you do a software update again via the controller or desktop controller software so that all of your ZP's/ZB's were on the same software version again

I did update the zoneplayer and controller but

the problem is that the zonebridge is just unresponsive. I unplugged the power and then held the button down and plugged it back in. I got a short white light on and off and that was it.. the desktop controller won't find it.. but I don't get the flashing white and green anyway so it's as if the zonebridge is wedged.

I had to send mine back for replacement

I was told it was hung during the software update. I sent mine back and they sent me a new one (perhaps already upgraded?). I think this is the only solution. I tried to bring it back to Best Buy but they didn't have a replacement and told me that Sonos support was top notch. I took the chance and within a week the problem was solved. I suggest you go to Sonos support for this.
