Streaming from a streamer to another streamer

Bit of a newby on this one I'm afraid and just weighing up a possible system for both audio and video streaming. Is it possible to stream from say PopcornA110 with HD ( using as a NAS and to be placed by the TV ) to an audi streamer ( say Phillips N1100) next to the HiFi , or is it best to have a dediciated NAS with just video streamer with no HD and audio streamer in the different rooms.

It's doable. The Squeezebox Touch is player which also makes an externally connected USB disk visible as a network share (a.k.a NAS) and you can stream video from the disk.

Sonos will stream music from any DLNA compliant NAS
Squeezebox needs to see a Squeezebox Server running on the NAS, AFAIK Squeezebox Server isn't available on Popcorn Hour
IIRC Apple Airport Express will stream off Apple TV

Thanks - Interesting about the squeezebox and the usb drive. Unfortunately in my current configuration, I have ethernet to the location of the TV but only wifi to the audio locations, hence the thought of having the storage at the TV location.
