I am looking for a network streamer that will play at least MP3, Ogg, Flac, Wav and has a reasonable interface, by which I mean it supports album art. Similar to MCE would be good

Squeezebox most likely.

Not 100% sure it supports album art, but then the ones that do are generally meant for video more than audio.
